  • Assistance and representation before the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks of an important developer of one of the largest franchise networks in Australia in order to obtain the registration of its trademark in Romania, in the opposition procedures to trademark registration;
  • Assistance and representation provided to a well-known Romanian director and actor regarding his copyright arising from a film production;
  • Assistance and representation provided to a well-known folk music performer regarding his copyright;
  • Assistance and representation provided to a large German pharmaceutical distribution company regarding the conditions for carrying out imports of pharmaceutical products provided for in the Romanian legislation;
  • Assistance and representation in licensing matters to a well-known company operating in the field of research and development in the process of negotiating a technology license agreement for the production and use of gas;
  • Assistance and representation of a Romanian company in the process of granting a license to use the rights to an online game;
  • Assistance and representation in cases of counterfeiting and unfair competition, including in respect of counterfeiting applications for the unauthorized use of trademarks in the tobacco industry or the unauthorized use of industrial models in the street sign industry.
  • Lawyers of the intellectual property team are registered on the list of arbitrators/panelists of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and participate in the working meetings of the arbitrators on aspects of evolution of the practice regarding the disputes settled under the auspices of this organization;
  • The lawyers of the intellectual property team have published numerous scientific articles and chapters in specialized books and made numerous presentations or reports at national or international conferences and symposia on intellectual property law issues.
