Legal assistance and representation of a foreign energy company regarding the compatibility of national legislation with EU energy and labor law in the “offshore” regime;
Legal assistance and representation in litigation proceedings regarding the implementation in Romania of the provisions of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC (the value of the disputed greenhouse gas emission allowances was approximately EUR 40 million).
