  • Legal assistance in the activity of authorization, as well as in the drafting of specific contracts in the field of construction, for investment projects of all types (industrial parks, hotels, business centers, residential neighborhoods);
  • FIDIC contracts – drafting and negotiating particular clauses, contract management, DAB proceedings;
  • Legal assistance in connection with the award of public procurement contracts financed under the ISPA and PHARE pre-accession programs, including legal assistance in the issuance, execution and return of bank letters of guarantee for advance and proper execution, FIDIC-type contracts, legal assistance in resolving disputes resulting from the conduct or termination of FIDIC-type contracts, both through international arbitration at ICC Paris and through the DAB procedure;
  • Legal aid and representation in the conciliation phase before the European Commission, based on the contractor’s claims from FIDIC contracts in PHARE projects.
  • Legal assistance to an important real estate developer within a complex project involving the division of the company, the takeover of assets, the conclusion of a partnership for the development of the real estate project;
  • Legal assistance for the development of an important real estate project (land acquisition, building construction, real estate rental, creation of an SPV for the management of the real estate project, conclusion of commercial space rental contracts, sale of the SPV to another real estate developer);
  • Legal assistance in the pre-implementation phase of the development project for a mountain resort, preparation of service contracts in the pre-development / financing, planning, construction and operation phase;
  • Legal assistance provided to a major Romanian construction company in concluding contracts for the construction of major projects in Kurdistan and Russia;
  • Legal assistance and representation provided to a central public authority in several ICC arbitration cases in which the subject matter of the dispute consisted of claims of both the contractor and the contracting authority. The disputes were based on FIDIC contracts, financed by ISPA funds, having as object (i) the rehabilitation and modernization of a Water Treatment Plant, amounting to approximately EUR 7,000,000 (ii) the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant, amounting to approximately EUR 6,000,000, (iii) the modernization of a Water Supply System worth approximately EUR 4,000,000;
  • Legal assistance and representation of a company in an ICC arbitration case in which the subject matter of the dispute consisted in the claims of the contractor, amounting to over EUR 13,000,000.
