Razvan BRATILA is experienced in domestic and international commercial arbitration, being mainly involved in complex international arbitrations handled by the ICC Paris International Court of Arbitration, as well as in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Razvan specializes in advising and representing clients in relation to legal matters pertaining to trade law, construction law – FIDIC contracts, civil law and energy law.
He is also experienced in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the Independent Film and Television Alliance.
Razvan has a graduate degree in law and international studies from Conventry University in UK (2012), as well as a JD from the Faculty of Law of Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest (2014). He is currently enrolled in the LL.M. program in International Commercial Arbitration of the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University.
