Monica Gabriela SCARLAT
- Arbitrator of the Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Targu Mures (since 2011);
- Member of the Legal Commission of the Association for Romania and the Republic of Moldova of Rotary International District 2241 (2012-2013).
Monica Gabriela Scarlat has background of over 14 years in the field of civil and commercial litigation, recovery of receivables, insolvency procedures, representing various companies and local public authorities before Romanian courts of law, at all jurisdictional level, and also before arbitral tribunals.
She has a bachelor’s degree in law from “Ecologica” University, class of 1998, and a master’s degree in Banking Law awarded by “Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest (2009), as well as a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy awarded by “Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest (2010).
She graduated the “Human Bucharest Toolkit” mediation training (July 2010 and is a doctoral student of Babes Bolyai University, Environmental Sciences School, starting from September 2013.
She is fluent in English.
