Diana Iașciurjinschi has provided, in her areas of expertise, legal assistance and representation services to several national and international companies, public authorities and banking companies, in disputes mainly concerning mergers, business relations, the validity and enforcement of decisions issued by the General Shareholders Meeting, the cancellation of certain renowned trademarks.
She has a vast experience in disputes deriving from public procurement procedures, in litigation cases deriving from the cancellation of decisions on tax duties, in disputes relating to penalties imposed on procurement irregularities and usage of EU funds and/or national public funds in such procurement activities, but also in disputes relating to challenges lodged against building/demolition permits, Zoning and General Urbanism Plans.
She has graduated from the Faculty of Law of “Ecologica” University (1997) and has attended a post-graduate program in the Austrian International Commercial Law Institute of Salzburg between 1999 and 2000; the work which she researched was the “Legal Status of Undertakings Concentrations in the light of Free Competition as regulated by the EU Law.”
