Corina TANASE has acquired an extensive expertise in high-profile disputes settled by arbitration, before the International Arbitration Court attached to the International Chamber of Commerce ICC Paris, including disputes involving FIDIC contracts; she has been involved in arbitral proceedings in favor of both contracting authorities (public authorities), and of corporate providers.
She has provided legal assistance and representation in matters settled by the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB). She also holds an extensive experience in the fields of administrative law, public procurement and the concession of public property, agreements financed by non-reimbursable funds (ISPA, PHARE), and also in the field of aviation law.
She has a degree in law from the Bucharest University (2007), graduated from the courses organised by the National Institute for Lawyers’ Professional Development (2009) and the International Commercial Arbitration LLM Program (2013-2014), organised by the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University.
She speaks English fluently.
