Andra SOARE-FILATOV specialises in domestic and international commercial arbitration, with particular experience in international proceedings under the ICC and UNCITRAL Rules.
Her current practice includes advising on a wide range of matters involving national and European competition law (antitrust, mergers, structuring of distribution systems and relations, franchising, etc.), as well as in domestic and international business law, where she was involved in prominent cross-border projects.
She is also experienced in the field of public procurement, including in the preparation of the award documentation for public procurement contracts and the management of challenges submitted by economic operators to the National Challenge Resolution Council.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Nicolae Titulescu University (2010) and of the School of Political Sciences of the Bucharest University (2007). She holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration (2013-2014) from the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University. She is an alumnus of the Summer Academy on International Commercial Arbitration of the University of Cologne (Germany).
Andra is a trade mark attorney, certified by the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks.
She is a member of the Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) ICC and of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) LCIA.
She is fluent in English and French and an intermediate-level user of Spanish and Italian.
