Legal assistance and representation in connection with all matters relating to the preparation, organization, conduct and implementation of public procurement procedures;
Representation of contracting authorities and of participants in the public tender procedures before the National Council for Solving Complaints (CNSC) and before the courts;
Legal assistance regarding the conclusion of public-private partnerships;
Assistance and representation in the process of negotiating and carrying out public-public partnership contracts.
Legal assistance to a central public authority, consisting of drafting guidelines for public procurement procedures as well as templates for award documentation;
Legal assistance in the current activity of a central public institution regarding procurement procedures, such as the interpretation and application of public procurement legislation, preparation of award documents, formulation of appeals, claims and defenses before the National Council for Solving Complaints (CNSC) and the courts, etc.;
Legal representation before the National Council for Solving Complaints (CNSC) and the courts in favor of the contracting authority regarding the complaint filed by an economic operator within a project having as object the execution of works;
Legal assistance and representation of a foreign company in carrying out a public-public partnership project with a Romanian company in order to restore the transport infrastructure, a contract worth EUR 34,000,000;
Legal assistance and representation of a foreign company in carrying out a project for the acquisition of IT services in the Republic of Moldova, a contract amounting to approximately EUR 10,000,000.
